We understand your situation
Every situation is uniquely different and we seek to understand your situation so we can apply our expertise in Human Resource and Employment Law. This makes it easier for you to concentrate on running your business by taking away the complexities of the process and alleviating any fear you may have about Employment Law.
We have a number of ongoing client relationships providing:
- Employment law advice as regulations and case law impact how a business operates.
- Documentation that simplifies the burden of compliance.
- Representation at mediation or at the Employment Relations Authority where an employment dispute has arisen.
- Assisting people to identify and achieve their goals, to identify and develop their workplace strengths and to increase workplace engagement.
Accord Services works with a range of business sizes, small to large and has client experience from a broad variety of industries.
Accord Services provides advice to employees and employers in Australasia on employment relationship issues, business restructuring, redundancy and personal grievances such as unfair dismissal, sexual harassment, bullying and stress at work.
We help develop more human workplaces, where people are happy to see each other succeeding.
